Welcome to Strive. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing a ticket or putting your deposit down you (the user) agree to the terms and conditions below.

Cancelation
All deposits are non refundable with no exceptions.
If cancelling 61 days or MORE before the retreat start date, it is up to the discretion of the organizer whether or not a partial refund will occur.
If canceling 60 days or LESS before the retreat there will be NO refund of any kind under any circumstance, foreseen or unforeseen.
Liability
Strive, its affiliates, and organizers are not liable for any injuries that may occur, unlikely food born illnesses nor are they liable for lost, stolen or damaged property. It is up to you (the user) to understand and honor your limits while engaging in any activities, to safely stow your belongings and look after your property.
Instructor Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event the instructor needs to cancel you (the participant) will be refunded(with the exception of the deposit or first payment to Affirm).
If the event is less than half booked 90 days prior to the event, Strive & it’s organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. Flights, hotels, rental cars and any other arrangements made around the event will not be reimbursed. Travelers insurance is not included, but, recommended for your protection.
General
This is a camping retreat. Camping gear is not provided and all spots are first come first serve. The cost of the retreat will include access to the property, hot springs, showers, meals (3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches), the rides, the yoga classes & workshops, tools for workshops, and 1yr access to Strive app. Strive is not responsible for cancelled, missed or delayed flights or any other transportation issues to or from the retreat. All tickets are the same price (excluding the early worm discount). Strive and it’s organizers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions will be located in the footer of strivemvmnt.com, and Strive agrees to notify all participants of any updates made via the email that was used upon registration. Retreat balance must be paid in full within 45 days of the retreat start date or the ticket may be resold or given away. The retreat is being hosted on a third party site. You agree to respect the space. Any damage you cause, by accident or on purpose, you (the user) are liable, and will be responsible for any costs related to fixing damaged property. While we strive to provide the best service & experience, Strive is not responsible for the behavior of any third party staff and will not be held liable for said third parties actions.
